A new tourist transport system has commenced around the popular tourist areas of Bali.
Kura-Kura Bus is a tourist bus service connecting popular resort areas in South Bali and Ubud daily from 9:00 until 23:00 (depending on the line). The Kura-Kura Bus provides comfortable, new, air conditioned buses complete with WiFi!
The service offers 7 Lines and 24 bus stops covering the areas of Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur and Ubud. Popular lines such as Kuta, Legian and Seminyak run on an hourly service. The main hub is the DFS Bus Terminal, located at Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai, Simpang Siur Junction in Kuta.
The service is reasonably priced with single trips starting from only Rp.10, 000. Payment is made via a modern and convenient cashless card or coin system. Hop on a Kura-Kura Bus at one of the designated bus stops located at shopping malls and major hotels and either tap your card on the card machine or drop your coin in the coin box. Cards and coins can be purchased from the DFS bus terminal and selected bus stops. Coins can also be purchased on board the bus for single trips.
